Forms where thrown on the potter’s wheel, altered, carved, pierced then joined together with coils, hand-built elements and textured slabs. After bisque firing, metallic, matt and glossy glazes where layered by airbrushing, brushing, sponging and splashing, creating a rich surface after the final firing. Post firing details of glass flakes and bead complete the imagery of this unique piece.
